Who We Are

Peerfloor LLC (“Peerfloor,” “we,” “us”) operates peerfloor.com, a community platform and marketplace for wholesale IP transit. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Data We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and optional display name. If you use the Network Planner, we store your saved build layouts (target markets, selected carriers and facilities). If you submit an RFQ or review, we collect the structured data you provide.

We do not collect payment information, government identifiers, or data beyond what you explicitly provide through the platform.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to operate the platform: authenticating your session, saving your layouts, routing RFQs to carriers, and displaying reviews. Anonymized, aggregated data (never individually identifiable) may be used in market intelligence reports such as pricing indexes. We never sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (US-West region) with row-level security policies enforcing access controls. Sessions use encrypted, HTTP-only cookies. All traffic is served over HTTPS.

Cookies

We use cookies solely for authentication session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for data processing at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@peerfloor.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@peerfloor.com. Approved reviews you have written will be anonymized (attributed to “Former Operator”) but retained as community data.

Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for hosting, and Cloudflare for DNS. Each processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
