Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using peerfloor.com (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Peerfloor LLC (“Peerfloor,” “we”) reserves the right to update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Peerfloor is under active development. Some features described below (including reviews, carrier responses, and dispute resolution) may not yet be available on the Platform.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform for legitimate professional purposes related to IP transit procurement, network operations, and carrier evaluation. You will not use the Platform to post false information, harass other users, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape data for commercial purposes without written permission.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person. One verified ASN per account is enforced as an anti-abuse measure. Peerfloor may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, forum posts, build layouts). By submitting content, you grant Peerfloor a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use that content on the Platform. For reviews: you grant Peerfloor the right to retain anonymized review data even after account deletion.

Reviews must be based on genuine operational experience with the carrier or facility being reviewed. Peerfloor reserves the right to remove reviews that are factually inaccurate, retaliatory, or violate community guidelines.

Review Guidelines

Reviews should be factual, professional, and based on direct experience. Rate dimensions you have genuine knowledge of. Do not review competitors’ carriers to manipulate scores. Carriers may post public responses to reviews and may file disputes for factually incorrect content. Peerfloor mediates disputes and may remove or flag reviews as appropriate.

RFQ Process

RFQs submitted through Peerfloor are forwarded to matched carriers. Peerfloor does not guarantee carrier response, pricing accuracy, or service quality. Peerfloor never takes a commission on transactions. Deals are closed directly between buyer and carrier. Anonymized, aggregated RFQ data (with no identifying information) may be used in market intelligence reporting.

Data and Pricing

Carrier profiles, BGP data, facility information, and pricing benchmarks are provided for informational purposes only. Peerfloor makes no warranties about accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. BGP data is sourced from University of Oregon Route Views Project (CC-BY 4.0). Facility presence data is community-contributed.

Limitation of Liability

Peerfloor is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Peerfloor LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to procurement decisions made based on Platform data, carrier performance issues, or service disruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to Peerfloor (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Account Termination

Peerfloor may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, including but not limited to: posting false reviews, data scraping, harassment of other users, or abuse of the RFQ system. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@peerfloor.com.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
